The International Day of Older Persons is marked in the Indian summer when nature surprises us with bright colours and makes us sad because of the first frosts, which are an indication of the coming winter.
However, there is no reason for being sad. There are the following words in the famous song: “One should bless the autumn in life just like the autumn in the year”.
This is the holiday of people who worked for several dozens of years and are now having a well-earned rest, taking care of their grandchildren and share their great life and professional experience with young people.
Our enterprise has a good tradition of congratulating labour veterans every year, which was initiated by the trade union committee and the enterprises administration.
The enterprise’s amateur talent groups organized a concert in the dining facility and the trade union committee ensured the catering.
